Finding the joy in every day. 5/5/24

Today I’m going for a dip at the Ross Bay Cove as there is quite a bit of wind. This is where I started my dipping last winter for my #100days project. It provides shelter and safety in its little cove although in stormy weather the logs find their way in. One day I was visited by a cat! He sat on the log next to me and chatted away, as if I was a long lost friend. He watched me enter and exit the water and then decided the show was over and left. I love the unexpectedness of this visitation. Sometimes, joy is like that. It sneaks up and puts a smile on your face and in your heart.
