Finding the joy in everyday.

Today we celebrated a birthday down at the Breakwater. There was banana bread, hot chocolate and singing; a big group today of 25 swimmers. Much merriment and pure joy of friends being together dipping in the Salish Sea. And did I mention, the frost was thick on the logs with beautiful crystals. Zero degrees felt like -4C. Warmer in the water!
