Today on my way for my 8:00 am dip in the Salish Sea I got stuck in the elevator. When I pushed the button selecting Parking I experienced a big bang and the elevator dropping and then stop. I immediately thought, “damn I’m going to be late for my swim!” I pushed the alarm. Pushed the telephone. Nothing. Then slowly the elevator began to move, a floor at a time, but oh, so, so, slow. I must have been unconsciously holding my breath because when I got to Parking I let out a huge sigh.

Definitely awake now, and ready for that swim!
