Inspiration surrounds us every day. This carving speaks to me. Beautiful courage, I call it. Stefanie Rocknak is a sculptor of extraordinary talent. She must be a swimmer, too. She has captured the emotional grit of swimming against the waves. You can feel the emotion of the piece and the beauty of the water caressing and enfolding the body. Poetry in water.
