Finding the joy in every day. 5/18/24
I saw this photograph on Facebook and thought how appropriate. Cats are so Zen. Our two cats like nothing better than a good nap and a brush and hugs. They are so good for the soul. I have always had cats; usually two, but sometimes four; always rescues, and almost always picked by the cat. I have a sign that says, “Love me. Love my cats.” I pointed this out to my partner 35 years ago when we first met. She obviously agreed in spite of her allergies. She is a convert. Life without a cat…is just that…absence of the zen.
