Finding the joy in every day. 5/4/24

Today is Day 92 of my 100 day posts of this blog. Yes, I actually counted because I knew I was getting close. It was around this time last year that I celebrated 100daysofcoldwaterswimming. I like the feeling of completing these challenges.

I promised my partner we would try a 100daysofscooterwalking and I am hoping to start that challenge soon…stay tuned…

Challenging yourself can lead to unexpected rewards.

Does a challenge bring joy to my day? Yes. It encourages me to go outside my comfort zone and that creates space to move beyond my limited borders; more space is created. More space; more joy of being alive. Leave a comment and subscribe.
