Finding the joy every day. 4/15/24
Wind. OBODO. Land of the wind; Rivers, Manitoba. When I was a kid I loved to watch the wind whip through the wheat fields beside our house. We lived on an army base and our house overlooked a wheat field. We use to play in the field, build forts, make mazes, play hide and seek and search out coulees. The wheat field would become anything we could imagine: a jungle, an ocean, a forest. Anything you could ponder in your imagination.

This was a place of joy in my childhood. What brought you joy in your childhood and still makes you smile? Please subscribe and comment.

My happy place was Gibsons where we swam, pickniced and fished for shiners off the docks. Warm summer days.
