Chesterman beach in Tofino, British Columbia is my favourite place to vacation; white sand, waves, wind-swept trees and mist-rain. Winter storms make the area even more appealing. Walking that beach, leaning into the wind, wrapped in a yellow slicker and boots, is such joy. It’s my dream place.

Yesterday, we had wind gales at Ross beach in Victoria. We went down to be witness to Mother Nature’s fury. I took a video so you too might enjoy the thrill of the wind and waves. Enjoy. Let it be one of your joys today. It was mine yesterday!
