Today I saw my first tree with its spring outfit – a signature chartreuse green; everything else – bare naked ladies. The weather continues to be contrary. Spring is like a teenager; cool, windy with stormy skies.
I spend time at Ross Bay watching clouds and how the sky changes in an hour. The tides are changing; I never made the connection with the seasons and moon. I feel more in touch with the environment since I began cold water swimming. The herring is running and so we are seeing lion seals. I am happy to replace my evening news with seal, otter and whale watching! Where are you finding your joy? Join the conversation.
